All dry goods may be returned up to 30 days with a receipt provided they are still sealed and unused

 

In-Store Refund Policy - Livestock

We do our very best to ensure that the fish or coral you pick to take home with you is healthy. Unfortunately, once it leaves the shop we can no longer control the environment the livestock is in. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds on any coral or fish sales.

 

Shipping Policy

We will ship orders out on Mondays and Tuesdays depending weather both here and at the arrival destination. We guarantee live arrival. To receive credit all DOA notifications must be received within an hour of delivery. Clear photos of the livestock in the bag and out of the bag are required as proof. Refunds will be given in the form of store credit that is valid for 6 months from date of purchase. There is no refund on the shipping cost, just on the livestock. Refund claims can be sent to info@coralfreaks.com and will be responded to within 48 hours of receipt.

For dry goods refunds, goods will be shipped back at the buyer's expense in un-open and unused condition.
